Right-Angle USB-C Cable

This two-pack of ESTone Essager HCL100W cables delivers 100W power through a 90-degree connector. The L-shaped plug sits flush against the device so it does not block your hand while gaming or streaming. Each cable measures 3.3 feet and supports USB 2.0 data at 480Mbps. An integrated LED display shows real-time voltage and current.

Upgrade from 60W Cables

Replacing a standard 60W USB-C cable with this 100W version cuts charge time for compatible laptops and tablets. The 20V 5A rating matches the USB Power Delivery 3.1 ceiling, so a MacBook Pro reaches 88 percent in 35 minutes and an iPad Pro hits 90 percent in the same window. The jump is worth it when your charger and device both support 100W PD.

Sustained Load Behaviour

An E-Mark smart chip negotiates the exact current the host requests, preventing voltage overshoot during long sessions. The 56K pull-up resistors keep the handshake stable so the cable stays cool while a gaming laptop draws the full 100W. Data transfer holds at 480Mbps without throttling, moving a 1GB file in roughly 30 seconds. Video output is not supported.

Questions about this item

Will the 90-degree L-shape connector clear my phone case while I game?

The right-angle USB-C plug sits flush against the port so the cable runs along the device edge instead of sticking straight out, leaving room for most cases and a comfortable grip during play.

Do I need a special charger or any driver to reach 100W output?

No driver is required; simply plug the cable into any USB-C Power Delivery charger rated up to 20V/5A — 30W, 45W, 60W, 65W or 90W — and the built-in E-marker chip negotiates the fastest rate automatically.

How long before the braided jacket or LED display might wear out?

The aluminum-braided sheath is rated for extensive bend cycles and the LED power readout draws negligible current, so under normal daily use both should last for years without replacement.
