What the cable does and who uses it

The ESTONE Essager WX is a magnetic USB-C charging cable sold as a two-pack, each measuring 6.6ft. It includes interchangeable tips for Type-C, Micro-USB and i-Lighting ports, so one cable can charge phones, tablets and laptops that accept 5V 3.0A input. The braided nylon jacket and rotating magnetic head are built for daily desk or bedside use.

Data and power limits of the USB 3.0 interface

The cable uses a USB 3.0 Type-A connector and supports 480Mbps data transfer, which is the practical ceiling for USB 2.0 signalling over this construction. Fast charging tops out at 5V 3.0A with QC 3.0 support; it does not deliver higher voltages or power-delivery profiles. The magnetic tips add contact resistance, so peak current may be slightly lower than a direct wired connection.

The 540° rotating magnetic head decides fit

The head combines 180° L-shaped bend with 360° free rotation, giving 540° of total adjustment. This lets the cable run parallel to the device while gaming or chatting, reducing strain on the port. Buyers who need a fixed straight or right-angle plug without magnetic coupling should choose a conventional cable instead.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the single cable or the 2-pack for my household?

The listing supplies a 2-pack, giving you two 6.6 ft cables with magnetic tips for multiple devices or a spare.

What does the 3.0 A rating mean when I plug this into my phone?

It allows up to 3.0 A current at 5 V for fast charging on devices that support QC 3.0, while data moves at 480 Mbps.

How does the USB 3.0 Type-A connector limit real-world speed?

The USB 3.0 Type-A end caps data at 480 Mbps and power at 5 V, 3.0 A, so you get fast charging but not higher USB 3.x transfer rates.
