Essager XC100W USB-C Cable 6.6ft 2-Pack

This ESTONE Essager XC100W set provides two USB-C to USB-C cables, each 6.6ft long and coloured blue. They support Power Delivery up to 100W at 20V and 5A for rapid charging of compatible laptops, tablets and phones. Data transfer reaches 480Mbps, moving 1GB in roughly 30 seconds. The nylon-braided jacket and aluminium housings are rated for over 10000 bends.

Suits users needing long, durable 100W PD cables

The 6.6ft length and 100W rating make this pack convenient for charging a MacBook Pro 16-inch, iPad Pro, Samsung Galaxy or Nintendo Switch from a distance. It also works with QC 4.0, QC 3.0, Huawei FCP and Samsung AFC protocols. Buyers who require Thunderbolt 3 or 4 data speeds, video output, or cables shorter than 6.6ft should consider other options.

100W charging headroom and 480Mbps data limit

The cables deliver a full 100W (20V/5A) to supported devices, charging a Samsung S20 in 50 minutes and a MacBook Pro 16-inch to 75% in one hour. A Huawei Mate 20 Pro reaches full charge in 95 minutes. Data sync tops out at USB 2.0 rates of 480Mbps, so large file transfers will be slower than on USB 3.1 or Thunderbolt links.

Questions about this item

Do I need a USB-C power adapter that supports 100 W Power Delivery to get the full charging speed from this cable?

Yes, the cable delivers up to 100 W at 20 V / 5 A, so the charger must also support PD 100 W to reach that rate.

Will this cable work with my older phone that only uses Quick Charge 3.0 or Samsung AFC?

The cable supports QC 4.0, QC 3.0, Huawei FCP and Samsung AFC, so it will negotiate the fastest speed those older protocols allow.

How can I confirm the cable is transferring data at its rated 480 Mbps after I plug it in?

Copy a 1 GB file between devices; the transfer should finish in roughly 30 seconds if the link is running at the full 480 Mbps rate.
