100W USB-A to USB-C cable

The ESTONE Essager XCA7A is a USB-A to USB-C charging cable rated for 100W power delivery at 20V and 7A maximum current. It includes an integrated E-Marker chip to negotiate the higher power level safely. Data transfer operates at USB 2.0 speeds up to 480Mbps. The cable is 6.6 feet long and sold as a two-pack with a brown nylon braided jacket and aluminium alloy connector shells.

Android and USB-C laptop users needing high-watt

This cable suits owners of Samsung Galaxy S20, S21, S22 Ultra, Google Pixel 5 and 6, Xiaomi Mi 11 and 12, Redmi Note 10 and 11, iPad Pro 2020 and 2021, Galaxy Tab S8, Nintendo Switch and GoPro Hero 9 who want 100W charging from a USB-A source. It does not support Apple devices or video output, so buyers who need DisplayPort alt mode or iPhone fast charging should look elsewhere.

Fits USB-A chargers, power banks and laptop ports

The USB-A plug connects to legacy chargers, power banks or laptop ports while the USB-C end serves modern phones, tablets and USB-C laptops. The 100W rating frees users from carrying a separate high-power USB-C brick when a capable USB-A adapter is already available. The 6.6-foot length adds reach for desk or bedside use without requiring an extension cord.

Questions about this item

What USB-A power source do I need to deliver the 100W 20V/7A rating this cable supports?

You need a USB-A charger or port that can supply 20V at 7A (100W) with Power Delivery; the built-in E-marker chip will negotiate the full rate only with a compliant source.

Will this USB-A to USB-C cable charge a Galaxy S22 Ultra at the same speed as the original cable that came with the phone?

Yes, the cable supports 100W 20V/7A charging and is listed as compatible with the Galaxy S22 Ultra, so it can match the phone’s maximum wired charging speed when paired with a suitable USB-A PD charger.

How can I confirm the cable is transferring data at the rated 480Mbps after I plug it in?

On Windows check the connection speed in Device Manager under Universal Serial Bus controllers; on Android enable USB debugging and view the reported USB 2.0 High-Speed 480Mbps link in developer options.
