What this cable delivers

The ESTONE Essager XR is a USB A to USB C cable rated for 100W power delivery at 7A. It uses a built-in E-marker chip to negotiate fast charging with compatible laptops, tablets and phones. The transparent nylon-braided jacket protects the conductors. Length is 3.3ft.

Check your charger and port

The cable supports USB 2.0 data speeds and does not carry video signals. To reach the rated 100W you need a USB-C Power Delivery charger capable of that output. The USB-A plug must connect to a port or adapter that can supply the required voltage and current.

Thermals and power behaviour

The integrated smart chip monitors voltage and current, adjusting them automatically to protect the battery from unstable supply. An LED display shows real-time charging power so you can verify the rate. The cable itself handles up to 100W without overheating in normal use.

Questions about this item

Does the cable ship with a power adapter or only the USB-A-to-USB-C cord?

The package contains the 3.3 ft USB-A-to-USB-C cable with a built-in e-marker chip and transparent nylon-braided jacket; a USB-C power adapter is not included and must be purchased separately.

Should I choose the 1 m or 2 m length for a 100 W laptop setup?

The 1 m (3.3 ft) version listed here keeps voltage drop low enough to deliver the full 7 A / 100 W rating when paired with a 100 W USB-C PD charger, so it is the appropriate choice for high-power laptop charging.

What does the 100 W rating actually deliver when charging a MacBook Pro 16?

With a 100 W USB-C PD charger connected, the cable can charge a MacBook Pro 16 to 90–100 % in about 1.8 hours; the smart LED display shows real-time charging power but does not alter the current.
