Three-port HDMI 2.1 switch

The ESTONE OZ8Q3 routes three HDMI sources to one display. It handles 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 120 Hz and 1080p at 240 Hz with 48 Gbps bandwidth. A Micro USB cable powers the unit for stable signal transmission. Switching is done by button on the unit or the included infrared remote.

Check your cables and sources

Each HDMI cable run must stay under 1.5 metres for 8K60 or 4K120 signals. For 4K60 the limit extends to 5 metres. Both the source devices and the display must support the target resolution and HDCP 2.3 for protected content. The switch only passes through whatever the connected gear can negotiate.

Home-theatre and gaming setups

Ideal for owners of a PS5, Xbox, Apple TV or Blu-ray player who share one 8K or high-refresh 4K screen. Not suited for anyone needing more than three inputs, automatic switching without a remote, or a unit powered directly from the HDMI ports.

Questions about this item

Does the box include HDMI cables for the three inputs and the output?

The package contains the switch, a USB-A to Micro-B power cable, and a user manual; HDMI cables are not included and must be purchased separately.

Which resolution and refresh-rate combination should I select for a PlayStation 5 connected to an 8 K TV?

Choose the 4K 120 Hz mode; the switch supports 8K 60 Hz and 4K 120 Hz, and the PS5 outputs 4K at up to 120 Hz.

What does the 48 Gbps bandwidth mean for cable length at 8K 60 Hz?

At 8K 60 Hz or 4K 120 Hz the HDMI cables must be 1.5 m or shorter; longer runs up to 5 m are only specified for 4K 60 Hz.
