Bi-Directional HDMI Switch 4K 60Hz

This ESTONE OZAB unit works as both a 2-port switch and a 1-to-2 splitter, though only one screen displays at a time. It handles 4K at 60 Hz with 18 Gbps bandwidth and supports HDR10, Dolby Vision and HDCP 2.2. The aluminium enclosure aids heat dissipation during extended use. Manual button switching selects the active path.

Sustained signal stability

The upgraded IC chipset maintains 18 Gbps throughput for stable 4K 60 Hz transmission over long sessions. Aluminium construction dissipates heat without a fan, preventing thermal throttling during continuous playback. Manual switching avoids automatic handshake delays that can interrupt a steady stream. External 5 V power is available for high-draw source devices.

Setup checklist

Verify your sources and displays use standard HDMI connectors and support 4K 60 Hz or lower resolutions listed. Confirm you only need one active display at a time, as simultaneous output is not possible. Ensure a USB power source is reachable if connected devices require the supplied 5 V cable. Check cable lengths fit the 5.91 x 2.36 x 0.79 inch footprint.

Questions about this item

Does the ESTONE OZAB switch need external power when running all day?

The unit is described as plug-and-play with no additional power supply required, and its aluminium casing provides heat dissipation during continuous use.

Which cables and sources must I already own to use the 2×1 or 1×2 modes?

You need up to two HDMI source devices and one or two HDMI displays, plus HDMI cables; a 4K 60 Hz HDMI cable is included in the box.

Will the switch pass 4K 60 Hz HDR from an older console like a PS4 to a 1080p monitor?

Yes, it supports 4K@60 Hz, 1080p and lower resolutions, HDR, HDCP 2.2 and 18 Gbps bandwidth, so older sources and displays work together.
