2x2 HDMI Video Wall Controller

The ESTONE OZP1 splits one HDMI or DVI source across four HDMI displays to build a 2x2 video wall. It accepts input up to 4K at 30 Hz and delivers 1080P at 60 Hz on each output. Installers working on digital signage, retail walls or security monitoring will find the layout options useful.

Remote control and audio extraction

A handheld remote lets you switch between 1x2, 1x3, 1x4, 2x1, 3x1 and 4x1 splicing modes without touching the unit. The box also breaks out stereo sound through a 3.5 mm jack and 5.1-channel audio via optical SPDIF so the video wall can drive a separate sound system.

Input bandwidth and display requirements

The single HDMI input is limited to 4K at 30 Hz, so sources running 4K at higher refresh rates will not pass full motion. Outputs are fixed at 1080P 60 Hz, and the manufacturer notes that professional video wall panels are required rather than consumer TVs. Verify your source resolution and display type before ordering.

Questions about this item

Will the 5 V 2.1 A power adapter need replacement after continuous operation?

The unit ships with a 5 V 2.1 A power adapter; no internal battery or user-replaceable power module is mentioned, so the adapter itself is the only power item that could require swapping if it fails.

What resolution ceiling appears first when driving four screens non-stop?

Each HDMI output is capped at 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz, so the 1080p 60 Hz limit is the first constraint you hit under sustained load.

How much fan noise or heat does the controller produce during all-day use?

The specifications list no fan, thermal design power or acoustic rating, so the only confirmed thermal detail is the external 5 V 2.1 A power adapter.
