The ESTONE OZV2E is a compact 2x1 HDMI switch that also extracts audio from the incoming signal. It accepts two HDMI 2.0b sources and routes one to a display while sending audio to a separate system. Build Integration and Connectivity

The switch requires a DC 5 V power supply, which is included, and fits into a setup with two source devices such as a console and a media player. It provides an HDMI output with ARC and eARC support for a compatible TV, plus dedicated audio outputs: optical Toslink, coaxial, 3.5 mm jack, and an HDMI audio-only port. This arrangement frees the display from handling audio decoding and lets a legacy receiver or active speakers handle multi-channel formats up to 7.1 channels.
