Adds four USB 3.0 ports — two Type-C and two Type-A — via a PCIe x1 slot, delivering up to 5 Gbps total bandwidth without an external power cable
This PCI Express x1 card adds four USB 3.0 ports to a desktop computer, providing two Type-C and two Type-A connectors. It targets users who need more front-panel or rear I/O for external drives, VR sensors, cameras or peripherals. The card fits x1, x4, x8 or x16 slots and works with Windows 7 through 11 plus macOS 10.8.2 and later. It does not suit builders who require Power Delivery charging or Thunderbolt connectivity.
The card draws all power from the PCIe slot and requires no external power cable, delivering up to 5 V / 3 A per port for bus-powered devices such as hard-drive enclosures. With no active cooling fitted, it runs silently in normal operation and adds negligible load to the system power budget. Installers who need BC 1.2 fast-charging support or supplemental 12 V power for high-draw arrays will not find it here.
A driver CD is included for Windows 7, 8 and legacy systems, while Windows 10, 11 and macOS 10.8.2+ operate without extra software. The package also supplies installation screws and a printed manual for quick bracket mounting. Users without an optical drive must download the legacy driver from the vendor site, and no management utility or firmware tool is bundled.

Power off the PC, open the case, insert the card into any PCI Express x1, x4, x8 or x16 slot, secure it with the supplied screw, close the case, power on, then install the driver from the included CD on Windows 7 or earlier; Windows 10/11 and Mac OS 10.8.2+ load the driver automatically.
The card has no user-serviceable parts; the NEC chipset and the built-in 5 V / 3000 mA power delivery are solid-state and do not require scheduled maintenance or replacement under normal desktop use.
The four ports share a single PCI Express 2.0 x1 lane capped at 5 Gbps total bandwidth, so continuous multi-device copies will hit that aggregate ceiling before any individual port reaches its own 5 Gbps rating.
