One cable for power data and display

This USB4 cable carries 240W Power Delivery, 40Gbps data and 8K@60Hz video over a single USB-C to USB-C link. It suits professionals who connect a laptop to a dock, monitor and fast charger without swapping cables.

240W charging headroom and 40Gbps bandwidth

The cable delivers up to 48V at 5A when paired with a compatible PD 3.1 charger, so it can power large laptops and high-wattage docks. Data moves at the full USB4 Gen 3x2 rate, while video supports one 8K@60Hz panel or dual 4K@60Hz screens; bandwidth runs out only when total display demand exceeds the 40Gbps pipe.

Passive thermals and silent operation

With no active cooling the cable runs at ambient temperature during charging and data transfer. Power loss stays within USB4 specification limits, so the jacket remains cool to the touch and adds no audible noise to the setup.

Questions about this item

Will this USB4 cable work with my existing USB-C 3.2 and USB 2.0 peripherals?

Yes, the cable is backward compatible with USB-C 3.2, 3.1 and 2.0 speeds and devices, so your older peripherals will connect and function normally.

How can I verify the cable is delivering 240W charging and 40Gbps data after I plug it in?

Check that your charger and device both support PD 3.1 at 48V/5A for 240W charging, and confirm the host reports a 40Gbps link speed in its USB or Thunderbolt settings.

Does the 5ft package include a power adapter or only the USB C to USB C cable?

The box contains only the USB C male-to-male cable; any USB-C power adapter must be purchased separately.
