ESTONE PQ006 USB4 Thunderbolt 4 Cable 3.3ft

This USB4 Gen 3x2 cable connects laptops, docking stations and external SSDs with a USB‑C male‑to‑male link. It supports Thunderbolt 3 and Thunderbolt 4 hosts, making it suitable for creative professionals who move large media files between enclosures and workstations. The 3.3 ft length keeps desktop setups tidy while reaching most peripherals.

40 Gbps bandwidth and 240 W power delivery

Data moves at up to 40 Gbps, enough for NVMe enclosures, eGPUs and high‑speed docks without saturating the link. Power Delivery 3.1 EPR supplies 48 V/5 A (240 W), with 36 V/180 W and 28 V/140W steps for laptops such as a 16‑inch MacBook Pro that reaches 60 % charge in 30 minutes. Video carries one 8K/6K/5K display at 60 Hz or dual 4K displays at 60 Hz; it cannot drive higher refresh rates or resolutions beyond those modes.

Soft, durable jacket with reversible USB‑C plugs

The cable uses a flexible, long‑life sheath that resists kinking and stays manageable on a cluttered desk. Both ends are reversible USB‑C males, so orientation never matters when plugging into a dock, monitor or charger. It replaces legacy USB 2.0 through USB 3.2 and Thunderbolt 2 cables, but it does not add Ethernet, legacy USB‑A or DisplayPort connectors — users needing those interfaces must add adapters.

Questions about this item

Will this 40Gbps USB4 cable run at full speed with my older Thunderbolt 3 dock?

Yes, the cable is backward compatible with Thunderbolt 3 and will operate at up to 40Gbps when connected to a Thunderbolt 3 dock or device.

How can I verify the cable is delivering 240W to my laptop?

Your laptop's battery or power settings will show the active charging wattage; with a PD 3.1 charger and compatible device it should report up to 240W (48V/5A).

Does the 3.3ft cable include a power adapter or only the USB-C to USB-C cable?

Only the USB-C male to male cable is included; a PD 3.1 charger capable of 240W must be purchased separately.
