Dual-monitor KVM for two computers

The ESTONE SW221-2HD lets a single keyboard, mouse and dual-display setup control two connected PCs. It switches both video channels simultaneously so the desktop layout stays intact when changing sources. Plug-and-play drivers work with Windows, macOS, Linux and Unix without extra software.

Four USB 3.0 ports and wired remote

The integrated hub shares printers, scanners or external drives between the two computers at up to 5 Gbps. A 12 V DC adapter powers the hub so high-draw peripherals remain stable during switching. The desktop push-button controller provides instant source changes without reaching the main unit.

8K 60 Hz over HDMI 2.1

Each HDMI port supports 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz, with backward compatibility to HDMI 2.0 displays. This bandwidth ceiling determines whether the switch can drive your monitors at their native resolution and refresh rate.

Questions about this item

Will the 12 V DC power adapter need replacing after a few years of daily use?

The unit ships with a 12 V / 1 A external adapter; if it ever fails you can swap in any 12 V 1 A supply with the same barrel plug.

What video limit appears first when both monitors run at their highest refresh for hours?

Each HDMI output tops out at 8K 60 Hz or 4K 120 Hz, so sustained 8K 60 Hz is the ceiling you will hit.

How warm does the 5.43 x 5.35 x 1.46 inch metal case get when the switch and four USB 3.0 devices run all day?

The enclosure is passively cooled; under full load it becomes warm to the touch but stays within normal operating temperature.
