Check your host video outputs first

Each computer must provide two DisplayPort and one HDMI connection to drive all three monitors simultaneously. Verify that your graphics hardware and cables support the target resolution and refresh rate you need. The switch passes DP 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 signals, so older cables may limit you to lower modes such as 4K at 60 Hz or 1080p. Ensure your operating system recognises multi-monitor layouts before connecting.
