Check your graphics outputs and cables

Each computer must provide an HDMI 2.1 output to reach the highest resolutions; older HDMI versions will work but limit the refresh rate. The monitor also needs an HDMI 2.1 input for 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 120 Hz. Certified ultra-high-speed HDMI cables are recommended for stable signal transmission.

Passive cooling with external power
