8K60 and 4K120 video headroom

HDMI 2.1 ports pass 7680×4320 at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz, with full backward compatibility down to 1080p at 240 Hz. RGB 4:4:4 colour sampling is supported at the highest modes. Both the source graphics card and the display must match the target resolution, and a high-quality HDMI 2.1 cable is required for reliable 8K60 throughput.

Passive cooling and external power

The aluminium enclosure runs without a fan, so operation is silent in normal office or studio use. A 12 V 1 A external supply powers the switch and the four downstream USB 3.0 ports, delivering up to 5 Gbps per port for shared storage, printers or scanners. Auto-scan cycles every 3 seconds when enabled, and LED indicators show the active channel.
