Bi-directional USB-C switch for dual-device setups

The ESTONE TJ-A034 is a compact audio/video switch that works as a 2-in-1-out selector or a 1-in-2-out splitter. It connects two source devices to one display or one source to two displays using USB-C ports. The unit requires external 5 V power via the included USB-A to Micro-B cable and a 1.35 × 3.5 mm DC jack. It targets users who need to share a single high-resolution monitor between a laptop and a desktop or toggle a laptop between two screens.

Sustained 10 Gbps data with 100 W power delivery

Under continuous load the switch maintains USB 3.1 Gen 2 bandwidth of 10 Gbps while passing up to 100 W of USB Power Delivery 3.0. Video streams at 8K 30 Hz, 4K 120 Hz, 1440p up to 165 Hz and 1080p up to 165 Hz without throttling, provided the host, cable and display all support the chosen mode. The 50 cm tether keeps signal loss low, but cables longer than 1.5 m may cause flicker or black screens during extended sessions.

Simple button switching.

Press the Select button to toggle between connected sources or displays; no driver installation is needed on Windows or macOS. The package supplies the switch, a USB-A to Micro-B power cable and a manual, but a USB 3.1 Gen 2 cable for data and video must be purchased separately. Connecting a Thunderbolt dock or hub is not supported and will cause instability. Both outputs cannot be active at the same time, so the device suits single-display workflows only.
