Share four USB 3.0 peripherals between two computers using a selector switch with one-button swapping for mouse, keyboard, scanner and printer without swapping cables or installing drivers
This ESTONE switch lets two computers share four USB 3.0 peripherals with a single button press. It supports keyboards, mice, printers, scanners and storage devices without driver installation. The unit draws power from the USB bus and includes an optional micro-USB port for a standard 5 V adapter when higher-draw devices are connected. LED indicators show which system is active.
Suits home offices or small workspaces where a printer, scanner, keyboard and mouse must move between two machines running Windows, macOS, Linux or Chrome OS. Not for setups requiring video switching, more than two connected computers, or peripherals that need proprietary host drivers. Buyers who need to share devices across three or more systems should look at a different class of switch.
The decisive specification is the 4-port, 2-computer topology running at USB 3.0 speeds. This defines how many peripherals can stay plugged in simultaneously and how many computers can access them. If your workflow demands more ports, more host connections or integrated video switching, this model will not fit.

The package includes two USB 3.0 cables for connecting the switch to both computers, so no extra cables are required for a typical two-PC setup.
Connect a standard 5 V adapter (not included) when you attach power-hungry peripherals such as portable hard drives, SSDs or digital video cameras that exceed the bus-powered current limit.
The switch supports USB 3.0 speeds up to 5 Gbit/s, so a portable SSD will run at its full rated throughput provided the drive, cable and host ports are all USB 3.0 compliant.
