Extended desk coverage

The ESTONE WorldMap pad spans 700 by 300 millimetres with a 2 millimetre thickness, covering a full desktop area for mouse, keyboard and accessories. Its printed world-map surface adds a reference for time zones while you work or play. The smooth cloth top works with optical and laser sensors alike.

Surface and base limits

The fine cloth surface provides consistent glide but will show wear faster than hard plastic under heavy daily use. The natural rubber base grips most flat desks yet can shift on polished glass or oily finishes. Liquid spills bead on the cloth but may seep through stitched edges if not wiped quickly.

Simple placement and upkeep

Lay the pad flat and press down; the rubber bottom secures it without adhesive. Edges are stitched to resist fraying, though loose threads can appear after months of wrist pressure. Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap — avoid harsh solvents that degrade the rubber. The pad arrives rolled in a drawstring bundle and may hold a slight curl for the first day.

Questions about this item

How do I decide between the 700×300×2 mm WorldMap pad and a smaller desk mat?

The 700×300 mm surface covers a wide desk area, letting a low-DPI mouse travel far without lifting while still leaving room for a full-size keyboard and accessories.

What does the 2 mm thickness feel like during daily use?

At 2 mm the pad sits low on the desk, giving a firm, stable glide that keeps the mouse sensor close to the surface without adding noticeable wrist height.

How does the rubber non-slip base perform on different desk finishes?

The natural-rubber bottom grips wood, glass and laminate firmly, preventing the 600 g pad from shifting during fast swipes or accidental bumps.
