Replacement Battery for CV-T Series

The Estry CV-T70 is a 12.0 V nickel-metal hydride pack rated at 1800 mAh and 21.6 Wh. It replaces original batteries in devices such as the CV-T70, CV-T60, CR-30A, CV-T65 and F-1000S. The cell chemistry matches the factory specification and includes overcharge, over-discharge, over-voltage and short-circuit protection.

Form Factor and Compatibility

Measuring 143.0 x 62.0 x 21.0 mm and weighing 540.0 g, the pack fits the same compartment as the BP-32, BP-30, BP-30A, BP-100 and BP-31 part numbers. No wiring adapters or voltage converters are required; the connector and polarity align with the original equipment. Builders needing a different voltage or a lithium-based chemistry cannot use this unit.

Sustained Operation

The protection circuitry limits current during extended discharge, preventing thermal runaway and cell degradation over long shifts. Certifications include ISO 9001, RoHS, CE, UN 38.3 and MSDS, confirming consistent manufacturing quality. The pack delivers its rated capacity across repeated cycles rather than only in brief bursts.

Questions about this item

How long does the 1800mAh capacity last under continuous load?

The pack delivers 21.6 Wh at 12.0 V, so run-time depends on the device's current draw; divide 1800 mAh by that draw to estimate hours.

Does the 540.0 g Ni-MH pack get hot or noisy during all-day use?

Ni-MH chemistry has no moving parts, so it runs silently; warmth scales with charge and discharge rate but no fan or pump noise exists.

Which device models or part numbers must I already own for this battery to fit?

Compatible models are CV-T70, CV-T60, CR-30A, CV-T65, F-1000S; compatible part numbers are BP-32, BP-30, BP-30A, BP-100, BP-31.
