Scale and rarity

This 1/43 scale resin model replicates the 1933-37 Mercedes-Benz 290 W18 Lang Cabriolet D with the top up in black with a gray top. Production is limited to 250 pieces worldwide. It arrives brand new in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging with a certificate of authentication.

Display and handling

The model measures approximately 4.125 inches long, 1.625 inches wide and 1.25 inches high. It is a sealed resin piece with no opening parts and comes in a plastic display showcase. Real rubber tires and a detailed interior and exterior make it suitable for shelf display rather than play.

Care and durability

Resin construction keeps weight low and detail sharp without moving mechanisms that could wear. The fixed top and sealed body mean no hinges to loosen over time. Kept in its showcase the piece stays dust-free and stable for long-term collecting.

Questions about this item

Does the 1/43 scale resin body have moving doors or a removable top?

This item is made of resin and does not have any openings, so doors, bonnet and the grey fabric top stay fixed in the closed position.

Will the model generate heat or noise if left on display continuously?

It is a static resin collectible with no motor, electronics or moving parts, so it produces no heat and no noise regardless of how long it is displayed.

Nothing else is required; the car arrives in its original unopened box, inside the plastic display showcase, with the certificate of authentication already included.
