Measures grounding resistance from 0.01 to 200 Ω without contact, using GPRS or RS485 for remote monitoring
The ETCR2800C is a multifunction online tester that measures earth resistance without breaking the grounding conductor. It covers a range of .010 to 200 ohms and uses a 47 by 28.5 millimetre LCD to show readings directly on the detector.
This instrument suits facilities that need continuous, real-time supervision of grounding systems in hazardous or indoor locations. It is not intended for handheld spot checks or for technicians who only require occasional resistance verification.
The detector transmits data through a GPRS wireless link or an RS485 wired interface, enabling remote monitoring and networked alarm systems. Buyers who need only local display without data logging should consider simpler alternatives.
