Apple Find My Tracker

This four-pack of SmartTrack Link tags works exclusively with Apple's Find My network on iOS, iPadOS and macOS. Each tag broadcasts its location through millions of nearby Apple devices so you can see keys, bags or luggage on a map. Android phones are not supported, so the product is only for owners of Apple hardware.

Setup and Common Issues

Adding a tag is done in the pre-installed Find My app under the Items tab; no extra hub or account is required. The eufy Security app adds a double-tap feature to ring a silent phone and a QR-code contact page for finders. Users sometimes forget to enable Bluetooth and location services on the iPhone, which prevents the tag from updating its position.

Range and Battery Life

A replaceable CR2032 cell powers each tag for up to a year before a simple swap is needed. The water-resistant coating survives rain and splashes, so outdoor items stay tracked. Precision locating relies on the density of Apple devices nearby; in remote areas with few iPhones the last-known position may be hours old.

What comes in the box and what else do I need to start using the trackers?

The pack includes four SmartTrack Link units, each with a pre-installed CR2032 battery, so no separate purchase is required to begin tracking.
