Purpose and user

This adjustable footrest tilts from zero to 20 degrees to lift the legs and reduce body stress while seated. The textured pebbled surface massages the soles of the feet when shoes are removed. A pre-assembled metal frame with anti-slip rubber feet keeps the unit stable on the floor.

Who this suits and who it does not

It suits desk workers who want a rocking motion that promotes circulation during long sitting sessions. Buyers who need a locked angle at a specific setting should look elsewhere because the tilt mechanism has no locking positions. The single unit covers a surface area of 15.4 x 11.8 in for one person.

Deciding specification

The critical detail is the 20 degree maximum tilt combined with a free rocking action and no angle lock. If your workflow demands a fixed foot position, this mechanism will not hold it. If you prefer continuous movement to encourage blood flow, the range and massage surface match that need.

Questions about this item

How much floor space does the 15.4 x 11.8 in footrest occupy?

The platform measures 15.4 inches wide by 11.8 inches deep, so it fits under most standard desks without overhanging.

How do I set the tilt angle on the 20° adjustable footrest?

There is no locking mechanism; simply apply foot pressure to rock the platform to any angle between 0 and 20 degrees and it stays where you leave it.

What upkeep does the pebbled massage surface need over time?

Wipe the textured top with a damp cloth to remove dust and skin oils; the metal frame and rubber feet require no lubrication or adjustment.
