Compact USB Ring Light for Desk and Video Calls

The Evershop 5-inch ring light mounts on a stretchable horizontal plate that adjusts from 2.5 to 2.5 inches to grip straight or curved laptop screens and desktop monitors without clips. The stand height extends from 6.5 to 8.5 inches and also holds a phone or iPad for hands-free recording. It draws power from any USB port on a PC, laptop or power bank.

Passive Cooling and Low Power Draw

The LED head runs cool during long meetings because it has no fan and draws only the current a standard USB port supplies. Silent operation means no background noise on calls. The 200-gram weight keeps the assembly stable on the adjustable stand without stressing thin laptop lids or monitor bezels.

Stand Replaces Separate Tripod and Clip

The integrated bracket combines a screen mount, height-adjustable arm and device holder in one piece, so users do not need a separate phone tripod or clip-on light. The 12.7 by 12.5 by 2.5 centimetre footprint folds flat for transport. A 10-year manufacturer backing is stated by the supplier.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the 5" ring light to a curved monitor without scratching it?

Extend the horizontal plate to 2–2.5 inches, rest it on the top edge, then adjust the stand height between 6.5 and 8.5 inches so the light clears the bezel.

Will the USB cable or LED panel need replacement after heavy daily use?

The unit has no user-replaceable parts; the 10-year manufacturer rating covers the integrated LED array and fixed cable.

At what point does the 5-inch head become too dim during long video calls?

Brightness is limited by the USB port’s 5 V supply; sustained maximum output may dip after extended sessions.
