Enterprise managed PoE+ switch

The EVESKY C1000-8FP-2G-L is an enterprise-class managed Gigabit Ethernet Layer 2 switch built for small businesses and branch offices. It provides eight 10/100/1000 PoE+ ports plus two combo Gigabit SFP uplinks. The unit delivers a 120 W PoE budget for powering access points, cameras and VoIP phones. It runs Cisco IOS Software with both CLI and web UI options.

Ideal for small-site deployments

This switch suits teams that need simple, secure Layer 2 management and PoE+ for critical IoT devices at a single location. It is not for buyers who need Layer 3 routing, stacking or a higher PoE budget for larger device counts. Organisations requiring modular uplinks beyond the two SFP combo ports should look elsewhere.

120 W PoE budget decides fit

The 120 W PoE+ budget determines how many powered devices you can attach simultaneously. Count the maximum draw of every access point, camera and phone before purchasing. If the total exceeds 120 W, this model cannot support the deployment.

Questions about this item

Does the EVESKY C1000-8FP-2G-L include mounting brackets and SFP modules, or must they be purchased separately?

The switch is rack-mountable; mounting hardware is typically included. SFP modules for the two combo uplink ports are sold separately.

How do I decide between the eight PoE+ ports and the two combo SFP uplinks when planning my network?

Use the eight 10/100/1000 PoE+ ports for powered devices such as access points or cameras. Use the two combo Gigabit SFP uplinks for fibre or copper links to the core switch.

What does the 120 W PoE+ budget mean when I connect multiple devices to the eight powered ports?

The 120 W budget is shared across all eight PoE+ ports; total simultaneous draw from connected devices cannot exceed that limit.
