Unified Access Switch

The EVESKY WS-C3850-48U-L is a managed Catalyst 3850 switch that converges wired and wireless networks into one physical infrastructure. It provides 48 UPOE ports for connecting IP phones, wireless access points, workstations and servers. StackWise-480 technology allows stacking while StackPower handles power management across the stack.

UPOE Power Budget

The switch delivers 800 W of UPOE power across its 48 ports running at 10/100/1000 speeds. This budget defines how many high-draw devices such as access points or cameras can be powered simultaneously. Total consumption must stay within the 800 W limit or additional power sources are required.

48 Port Density

Forty-eight copper ports in a rack-mountable chassis determine whether this unit fits the port-count requirement for a wiring closet or aggregation layer. Buyers needing fewer ports or fibre uplinks should evaluate other models.
