15.3" QHD+ 165Hz Gaming Laptop

The Evoc L5501C (L550JNP) is a 15.3-inch gaming laptop with a QHD+ 165Hz display. It runs on an Intel Core Ultra 7-356H processor with 16 cores and a maximum turbo frequency of 4.7 GHz. The system includes an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card with 8GB GDDR7 video memory. It ships with Windows 11 Pro installed.

64GB DDR5 for heavy multitasking

This configuration suits users who need 64GB of DDR5 5600MHz memory for memory-intensive workloads and multitasking. The 1TB PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSD provides fast storage for large project files and game libraries. Buyers who only need standard office performance or lighter gaming loads should consider models with less memory and storage.

Factory-applied Gelid GC Extreme TIM

The unit receives a Gelid GC Extreme thermal interface material application on the CPU and GPU before shipping. This service is performed by the builder to improve thermal conductivity and lower operating temperatures. Installation is complete on arrival; the main risk is physical damage during transit or incorrect BIOS settings applied by the user after delivery.

Questions about this item

Will the 64 GB of DDR5 memory be recognised at full speed by the Ultra 7-356H?

The system ships with two 32 GB DDR5 5600 MHz modules installed in dual-channel mode, the configuration the processor supports natively.

Does the 1 TB PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe drive leave room for a second SSD?

The chassis uses a single M.2 slot for the boot drive; adding another stick would require replacing the existing module.

What does the Gelid GC Extreme thermal paste change do for daily use?

It lowers CPU and GPU core temperatures under load, letting the 165 Hz QHD+ panel sustain higher frame rates for longer sessions.
