The Evoc V3601A is a 16-inch gaming laptop with a QHD+ 2560x1600 display running at 300Hz. It uses an Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus 24-core processor with a 5.5 GHz max turbo frequency and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 graphics with 8GB GDDR7 video memory. The system includes 32GB DDR5 5600MHz dual-channel memory and 8TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe storage across two 4TB drives. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and Gelid GC Extreme thermal compound applied.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This laptop suits users who need high core counts and fast refresh rates for competitive gaming or content creation workloads. The 24-core Arrow Lake processor and 300Hz panel support demanding multitasking and motion clarity. Buyers who prioritize thin-and-light portability or lower power consumption should consider other form factors. The 5.53 lb weight and 1.22 inch maximum height reflect its performance-focused chassis.

The specification that decides fit

The 300Hz QHD+ 2560x1600 display is the key specification determining suitability. This panel targets high-frame-rate gaming where motion resolution matters more than peak brightness or color volume. If your workflow centers on color-critical professional work or you primarily play at 60Hz, a different screen specification would serve you better.
