4-piece screen spline roller kit

This red four-piece kit supplies the essential rollers and installation tools for replacing window and door screens. It suits DIY enthusiasts and professionals who want a compact set for on-site or at-home repairs. The lightweight package measures 10.24 by 7.09 by 0.79 inches and weighs 0.51 pounds.

Dual steel rollers for sustained use

Convex and concave carbon-steel wheels resist deformation during repeated rolling, so the tools maintain precise spline insertion over long sessions. Ergonomic handles with smooth-turning wheels reduce hand fatigue when working across multiple frames. The ABS body keeps the kit light at 230 grams for easy transport.

Replaces single-purpose screen tools

The kit consolidates separate rollers and installers into one portable set, eliminating the need to buy individual pieces for each repair. It is not suited for buyers who require specialised framing tools or powered installation equipment. The universal roller dimensions suit most standard screen sizes on windows and doors.

Questions about this item

Will the carbon-steel rollers and ABS handles stay cool and comfortable during a full day of screen repairs?

The ergonomic handles with smooth-turning wheels are designed to minimise hand fatigue during extended use, and the lightweight 0.51-pound kit reduces strain over long sessions.

Do I need to supply my own spline and screen mesh for this kit to work?

Yes, the 4-piece set provides only the installation tools — convex and concave rollers plus two additional tools — so spline and mesh must be purchased separately.

Will the 10.24-inch by 7.09-inch tool dimensions fit the standard aluminium frames on my older windows?

The rollers are calibrated for most standard screen sizes on windows and doors, offering adaptability across various frame types including older aluminium profiles.
