Fachixy VK84 over-ear headset

The Fachixy VK84 is an over-ear wireless headset with 50 mm dynamic drivers and a 32 ohm impedance. It targets gamers who want a single headset for Xbox, PlayStation, PC and Mac, plus Bluetooth 5.4 for phones and tablets. A detachable noise-cancelling microphone handles chat in supported modes.

USB dongle pairs instantly, Bluetooth needs pairing

The 2.4 GHz USB dongle plugs into an official Xbox controller or a PC, PS5, PS4 or Mac USB port and works without drivers. Bluetooth 5.4 pairing follows the normal device menu on phones, tablets or laptops. Common issues: the microphone is disabled on Switch and Bluetooth mode is not supported on PS4, PS5 or Xbox. Third-party Xbox controllers will not work with the dongle.

2.4 GHz gives low-latency audio.

The 2.4 GHz link delivers 20 ms latency for competitive gaming, while Bluetooth 5.4 serves music, calls and casual use. Battery life reaches 100 hours per charge; a full recharge takes 2.5 hours. Wired audio is not available because no audio cable is included.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the 20ms latency is active after pairing the USB dongle?

Audio should stay synchronized with on-screen action during gameplay; if you notice lag, re-seat the dongle in an official Xbox controller USB port and ensure the headset is in 2.4GHz mode.

What comes in the box and what must I provide separately?

The package includes the headset, a 2.4GHz USB wireless dongle, a charging cable, and a user manual; no additional accessories are required for wireless use.

Should I choose the 2.4GHz mode or Bluetooth 5.4 for my Xbox Series X?

Use the 2.4GHz USB dongle with an official Xbox controller for full microphone support and 20ms latency; Bluetooth 5.4 is not supported on Xbox consoles.
