Under-Desk Cable Management

The fansto F-20 Strap organiser ships as 20 pairs of hook-and-loop straps with self-adhesive mounting pads. Each strap measures 120 by 40 millimetres and is rated to hold up to 15 cables. The kit also includes hook pads in 30 by 40 millimetre and 30 by 80 millimetre sizes plus a user manual.

Check Surface and Mounting Prep

Adhesive pads require smooth surfaces such as wood, glass or tile for a firm bond. The supplier advises waiting two hours after applying the hooks before loading any cables. Verify that the mounting area is clean, dry and free of dust or oil before installation.

Suits Tidy Desk Setups, Not Heavy Bundles

This kit suits home-office workers who want a low-profile way to route everyday cords under a desk. Builders managing thick power cables or bundles that exceed the 15-cable limit per strap should look at a higher-capacity solution.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need extra adhesive?

The pack contains 20 hook-and-loop straps (16 x 120 mm), 20 hook pads (30 x 40 mm), one larger hook pad (30 x 80 mm) and a user manual; all pieces use the included self-adhesive backing so no separate glue is required.

Should I choose the 20-pair set or a smaller pack for my desk?

The set provides 20 straps, each rated for up to 15 cables, giving high capacity for multi-monitor or peripheral-heavy desks; a smaller pack would only make sense if you manage far fewer cords.

How does the 15-cable rating hold up once cables are actually routed?

Each extended strap secures up to 15 cables with reinforced hook-and-loop that resists slipping, and the adjustable self-locking design keeps the bundle tight without loosening over time.
