Card specification and intended use

Fargo 81759 UltraCard PVC cards measure 3.37" x 2.13" with a glossy white finish. Each box contains 500 cards designed for direct-to-card printing applications. They suit organisations issuing identification badges, membership cards or visitor passes on compatible desktop printers.

Installation notes and common issues

Cards load into the printer hopper like standard media and require no special tools. Misfeeds usually stem from static buildup or dust on the glossy surface, so store boxes sealed and fan the stack before loading. A dirty printhead or worn roller will also degrade image quality on this smooth coating.

Pre-order checks

Confirm your card printer accepts 3.37" x 2.13" PVC stock and supports a glossy white surface for colour or monochrome ribbons. Verify the hopper capacity can handle 500 cards if you plan to load a full box at once. Ensure the printer firmware and driver are current for consistent feeding.
