Replacement HVAC Motor

The FASCO D1119 is a shaded-pole motor built as an OEM replacement for HVAC equipment. It operates on single-phase 240 V AC power at 60 Hz and turns counter-clockwise when viewed from the shaft end.

1/90 HP Output and Thermal Limits

Rated at 1/90 HP and 10 W output, the motor draws 0.4 A at full load and runs at 300 RPM. Auto thermal protection and Class B insulation allow operation up to a 40 °C ambient temperature, but the unit is not usable at 208 V or 200 V supplies.

3.3-Inch Frame with Stud Mounting

The 3.3 frame uses a closed-base steel housing and an open air-over enclosure. Stud mounting fixes the motor in place, so the installer must verify that the existing bracket matches this pattern.

Questions about this item

Will the 3.3 inch frame and stud mounting match the bracket on my existing furnace blower?

The motor uses a 3.3 frame with stud mounting; verify your blower housing accepts this frame size and stud pattern before installation.

How can I confirm the motor is running correctly once wired to 240V?

At 240V AC the motor should draw about .4 amps at full load and turn at 300 RPM in a CCW direction when viewed from the shaft end.

Does the box include a capacitor or mounting hardware, or must I buy them separately?

The motor is supplied as an open air‑over unit with a closed base; no capacitor, mounting bolts or wiring harness are included.
