The FASCO UB588 is a single-phase shaded-pole unit bearing motor rated at 1/250 HP and 4 W output. It runs on 115 V AC at 60 Hz, draws 0.29 A at full load, and turns at a nameplate speed of 1,450 RPM. The motor is designed for continuous duty in HVAC control applications where a compact, direct-drive fan or blower is required.

Included hardware

The motor ships with a rear double-foot mounting arrangement and a clockwise lead-end shaft rotation. Its totally enclosed air-over enclosure and Class B insulation are built into the unit, so no separate mounting kit or thermal protector needs to be sourced. The impedance-protected design eliminates the need for an external overload device.
