500-sheet parchment pack

This pack contains 500 precut sheets of food-grade parchment paper for bakers, home cooks and small catering operations who need a reliable non-stick liner. Each sheet measures 12 by 16 inches and is made from natural wood pulp with a double-sided silicone coating. The paper is oven and microwave safe up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and contains no fluorescent additives.

Capacity and heat limit

The 500-count box provides enough sheets for daily batch baking, cookie trays, bread loaves, pizza, wings and wrapped sandwiches without frequent reordering. Sheets are supplied flat so they do not curl on the tray and the silicone surface releases baked goods without added oil. The 450-degree rating covers most conventional oven recipes but rules out broiler temperatures or pizza ovens that exceed that threshold.

12×16 inch sheet size

The critical specification is the precut 12 by 16 inch dimension, which fits standard half-sheet pans and many air-fryer baskets. Buyers using quarter-sheet pans, round cake tins or extra-large commercial trays will find these sheets either too large or too small and should verify pan dimensions before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Will these 12×16 inch sheets fit the half-sheet pans I already own?

The sheets are precut to 12×16 inches, matching standard half-sheet pan dimensions so they lay flat without trimming.

How can I confirm the paper is performing as intended during the first bake?

Cookies should slide off cleanly without grease, the paper should stay flat and not curl at 450 degrees, and no residue should transfer to the food.

What exactly comes in the box and is anything else needed to start baking?

The box contains 500 precut parchment sheets totalling 2.56 kg; no additional liners or sprays are required because the silicone coating is already non-stick.
