Sink model EV4049

The Forte vessel sink from Fauceture is a ceramic basin finished in white. It sits above the counter to create a focal point in the bathroom. The stain-resistant glaze keeps the surface looking clean with minimal effort. This fixture suits homeowners updating a powder room or main bath.

Countertop mounting constraint

Vessel installation requires a pre-drilled countertop with a single hole for the drain and enough flat area to support the base. The faucet must be tall enough or wall-mounted to clear the rim height. No overflow opening is mentioned, so local plumbing codes should be checked before purchase. Professional fitting is recommended for a watertight seal.

Replaces drop-in or undermount basins

Swapping a recessed sink for this raised design changes the visual weight of the vanity and frees counter space around the base. The jump is worth it when a brighter, easier-to-wipe ceramic surface is preferred over older stained composite or metal bowls. Buyers needing an integrated overflow or a semi-recessed profile should look elsewhere.
