Smart LED Strip Kit for Home and Outdoor Use

The Feit Electric TAPE20/CHASE/AG is a 20-foot smart LED strip light kit designed for indoor and outdoor decoration. It combines chasing RGB effects with tunable white lighting that adjusts from warm to cool tones. Control is managed through the Feit Electric app, an included remote, or voice commands via Alexa and Google Home. The strip is linkable up to 40 feet and cuttable for custom lengths.

Suits Decorators Wanting App and Voice Control

This kit suits homeowners and renters who want flexible accent lighting with smart-home integration and no hub requirement. It works well for patios, bedrooms, kitchens, and gaming setups where dynamic colour scenes and scheduling are valued. Buyers who need hardwired permanent fixtures or professional DMX control should look at other solutions. The 24-watt draw also limits runs to the specified linkable length.

20-Foot Cuttable and Linkable Length

The strip measures 20 feet out of the box and can be cut at marked intervals to fit exact spaces. Up to 40 feet total can be linked together for larger projects, allowing continuous runs along cabinets, counters, or outdoor features. The slim 10mm profile and weather-resistant build support both indoor and covered outdoor installation. This length flexibility is the key specification for planning your layout.

Questions about this item

Does the 20FT kit include the remote and power supply, or must I buy them separately?

The kit includes the 20FT strip, a remote control, and a corded electric power supply so it works out of the box.

Should I choose the 20FT version or link multiple strips to reach 40FT for my project?

Start with the 20FT strip; it is linkable up to 40FT total, so you can add another identical strip later if you need more length.

What does the 24-watt rating mean for brightness and heat on a 20FT run?

At 24 watts the full 20FT strip delivers chasing RGB and tunable white output while staying cool enough for under-cabinet or patio mounting.
