Stor/File Letter 24-inch 20-pack

The Fellowes Bankers Box Stor/File is a medium-duty archive case designed for letter-size documents. Each pack contains twenty blue boxes with lift-off lids. The cases are stackable and feature rolled edges for comfortable handling. They are manufactured in the United States using recycled materials.

Double-wall construction under load

Double-end and double-bottom walls distribute weight evenly when boxes are stacked to ceiling height. The 1.25 lb corrugated fibreboard resists bowing during long-term storage. Internal compartments measure 10 by 12 by 24 inches, keeping files upright without lateral collapse. Lift-off lids stay aligned through repeated access cycles.

Replaces single-wall bankers boxes

The reinforced corners and base upgrade standard single-wall cartons that crush after a few seasons. Offices rotating annual records gain extra years before replacement is needed. The jump is worth it when retrieval frequency is high and shelf space is fixed. Buyers needing legal-size capacity or water-resistant bins should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How much does each 24-inch letter box weigh when stacked for all-day storage?

Each box weighs approximately 1.25 lb, and the stackable design with double-end, double-bottom construction keeps the load stable during extended use.

What size hanging folders must I already have to fit the 24-inch compartment depth?

Standard letter-size hanging folders measuring 10 inches high by 12 inches wide by 24 inches deep fit the interior compartments exactly.

Will the lift-off lid stay aligned when I place these blue boxes on top of older Bankers Box units?

Yes, the uniform 10.3-inch height, 12.9-inch width and 25.4-inch depth match the Stor/File line, so lids sit flush on legacy boxes of the same series.
