Perfect fit for AP-230PH

This replacement carbon filter is engineered specifically for the Fellowes AP-230PH air purifier. It uses activated carbon to remove odors and capture large airborne particulates. The Sanitized treatment reduces the development of bacteria, fungi and dust mites on the filter media. Buyers with other purifier models cannot use this filter.

Activated carbon media

The single specification that decides fit is the activated carbon construction sized for the AP-230PH unit. Dimensions are 13 by 10.9 by .2 inches and the filter weighs 1.12 oz. No other filter type or size will seat correctly in this purifier.

Tool-free swap

Installation requires no assembly; the old filter slides out and the new one slides in. The only common mistake is forgetting to remove the protective wrap before inserting the filter, which blocks airflow. The black carbon material shows dust loading clearly so replacement timing is obvious.

Questions about this item

How much odour and large-particle reduction can I expect once this carbon filter is installed in my AP-230PH?

The activated-carbon media traps odours and captures large airborne particulates, while the Sanitized treatment inhibits bacteria, fungi and dust-mite growth on the filter surface.

Does this filter simply slide into the AP-230PH housing or is any extra hardware required?

No assembly is needed; the filter measures 13 by 10.9 by .2 inches and weighs 1.12 oz, so it fits directly into the purifier's filter compartment.

Will the 13-by-10.9-inch dimensions fit the filter slot on my AP-230PH without modification?

Yes, the filter is built specifically for the Fellowes AP-230PH air purifier and matches the unit's original filter cavity.
