Search-and-rescue flashlight
The Fenix LR50R is a rechargeable flashlight built for search-and-rescue teams and cave explorers who need extreme output. Four Luminus SST70 LEDs produce up to 12,000 lumens across six brightness levels. A separate Functional mode gives instant access to Turbo, strobe and SOS signals. Anodized aluminum housing and IP68 rating allow submersion to 6.6 feet.
Power pack and battery flexibility
The integrated 16,000mAh power pack recharges via USB Type-C in four hours when a 4A adapter is detected, otherwise at 2.5A. It also works as a power bank for other devices through Power Delivery 2.0, 3.0 and QuickCharge 2.0, 3.0 protocols. The light can alternatively run on one to four 21700 batteries with reduced performance. Blue LED indicators show battery status.
Proximity sensor and safety lockout
A built-in sensor automatically downshifts brightness when the beam is within 1.5 inches of an object to prevent overheating or damage. Dual stainless-steel switches control the modes, while a lockout function prevents accidental activation during transport. Turbo runtime is limited to 20 seconds before stepping down to 8,000 lumens, and Eco mode at 50 lumens delivers 58 hours of runtime.
