The fenvi FV-HB1200 adds dual-band Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 4.0 to a desktop PC through a standard PCI Express slot. It targets builders who need wireless connectivity on a system that lacks onboard Wi-Fi, including Hackintosh configurations running macOS 10.10 through 12.1.

Dual high-gain antennas included

Two external antennas screw onto the bracket to improve reception on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. A driver CD is supplied, though current drivers are also available from the manufacturer website for Windows 7 through 11 and macOS.

PCIe x1 compatible with internal USB header

The card fits any PCI Express x1, x4, x8 or x16 slot and uses a blue PCB with power and link LEDs. Bluetooth function requires a 9-pin internal USB header connection on the motherboard; without that header the adapter still provides Wi-Fi but Bluetooth remains inactive.
