Fervit USB 2.0 Type-C & Type-A Female to 2-Pin Header Cable 75mm 2.54mm Pitch Latch Mount
Connects USB Type-C or Type-A devices to a 2-pin header with latch mounting for 5 V power delivery
- Latch-mount design secures the connection inside a cabinet
- 75 mm cable reaches tight internal headers without strain
- Dual Type-C and Type-A female ports accept either plug
- Delivers up to 5 V 2 A shared power to attached devices
- 54 mm pitch header matches standard motherboard pin spacing
Internal USB header adapter
The Fervit cable converts a single 2-pin motherboard header into both a USB Type-C and a USB Type-A female socket. It is intended for builders adding front-panel or internal USB power ports to a custom chassis or enclosure. The latch-mount sockets lock cables in place for a secure fit inside the case.
Replaces loose header wiring
This assembly removes the need to hand-crimp individual pins or solder flying leads to a raw 2.54mm header. The jump is worth it when a project requires both connector types from one internal USB 2.0 header and a tidy, keyed connection is preferred over exposed pins. It supplies up to DC 5V 2A shared across both ports.
Fits 2.54mm pitch headers
The 75mm lead reaches nearby front-panel cut-outs without excess slack. Each latch-mount socket accepts standard Type-C or Type-A plugs for charging phones, tablets or other USB-powered peripherals. The cable carries power only, so data lines are not connected and no USB controller resources are consumed.

Questions about this item
What pitch header does the 75 mm cable plug into?
The cable terminates in a 2.54 mm pitch 2-pin header that slots onto the matching motherboard or controller pins.
Which way round does the latch-mount socket face when I screw it into the panel?
The latch tabs point outward; press the socket through the cut-out until the tabs click against the inner panel face, then secure with the supplied screws.
Will the shared 5 V 2 A limit drop if I charge a phone and a tablet at the same time?
Yes — the 2 A ceiling is shared between the Type-C and Type-A ports, so simultaneous devices split the available current.
