Front-panel USB adapter for internal headers
The Fervit adapter connects a motherboard 19-pin USB 3.0 header to a front-panel Type-E port. It uses a CH334P hub chipset to split the connection for two USB 2.0 devices at 480Mbps or a single USB 3.2 device at 5Gbps or 10Gbps. The unit is intended for builders adding modern front-panel connectivity to existing internal headers.
CH334P hub chipset manages port switching
The adapter handles several cabling scenarios without active configuration. A 19-pin to dual Type-A cable arrangement runs two USB 2.0 ports or one USB 3.2 port. A single Type-A cable supports both USB 2.0 and USB 3.2 devices. A Type-C data cable enables reversible USB 2.0 insertion and forward-only USB 3.2 insertion. Cables are not included.
Adds Type-E where only 19-pin exists
This adapter upgrades a legacy 19-pin header to a 10Gbps-capable Type-E front port for SSD or HDD data transfer. It does not carry audio, video, docking, Power Delivery or DisplayPort alt-mode signals. Builders needing those functions or multiple simultaneous USB 3.2 ports will require a different solution.

Questions about this item
Does the CH334P hub chipset let this adapter run a single USB 3.2 port at 10Gbps?
Yes, the CH334P chipset supports one USB 3.2 port at 5Gbps or 10Gbps, provided the attached cable is rated for 10Gbps.
What motherboard header does the 19-pin male connector plug into?
The 19-pin male connector fits a standard USB 3.0 19-pin front-panel header on the mainboard.
Which way do I insert a USB 3.2 device when I use a 19-pin to Type-C cable?
Insert the USB 3.2 device forward; reverse insertion only works for USB 2.0 devices with that cable.
