Rated for a standard nominal flow of 2000 l/min, it suits medium-sized pneumatic systems in workshops and production cells. A 5 µm filtration grade protects downstream valves and actuators from wear. The unit mounts vertically and connects via 3/4 NPT ports.

Upgrade from Basic Separators or Clogged Elements

This filter replaces simple cyclone separators that only spin out large droplets. The automatic condensate drain removes up to 43 ml of liquid without manual intervention, reducing downtime on high-humidity lines. Check Port Threads and Pressure Range Before

Verify that your supply piping uses 3/4 NPT threads; the filter has matching connections on both ports. Operating pressure must stay between 2 bar and 12 bar. Ambient and medium temperatures must remain within 5 °C to 60 °C. The housing is die-cast zinc with a polycarbonate bowl; confirm chemical compatibility with any lubricants used upstream.
