A pressure regulator for pneumatic systems, supplied as a single red unit in a box
The Festo LR-1-D-7-MAXI is a pressure regulator designed for electrician tool applications. It provides controlled air pressure management for testing and installation tasks. The unit is supplied new in a single box as part number 162589. Electricians and maintenance technicians use it to regulate supply pressure in pneumatic test equipment.
The regulator operates without an electrical power supply so it produces no heat and no audible noise during normal use. It does not draw current from a mains or battery source. The red finish helps identify the unit in a tool kit or on a test bench. No thermal management or cooling is required for this pneumatic device.
This part replaces a damaged or out-of-calibration pressure regulator in existing Festo test equipment. The jump is worth it when the original regulator no longer holds the required 60C setting or shows leakage. Buyers who need a different pressure range or a manifold-mounted unit will not be served by this model.

Mount the unit inline using its threaded ports, orient the flow arrow toward the downstream side, and tighten connections to the specified torque to prevent leaks.
The internal diaphragm and valve seat wear over time; plan to rebuild or replace the regulator when pressure control drifts beyond acceptable limits.
The 60 bar maximum operating pressure is the first hard limit; sustained flow above the rated capacity will cause pressure drop and potential seat erosion.
