Fine filter 1 µm 950 l/min

This fine filter removes particles down to 1 µm with 99.99 % efficiency and delivers a maximum standard flow of 950 l/min. It operates at pressures up to 20 bar and includes a manual rotating condensate drain. The housing is die-cast aluminum with a polycarbonate bowl and plastic guard.

Suited for food-industry compressed-air lines

The unit is approved for food-industry use and mounts vertically within a ±5° tolerance. Builders needing an automatic drain, a coarser filtration grade, or a different port thread should look at alternative models.

3/8 NPT ports and 1 µm rating

Both inlet and outlet are 3/8 NPT, fixing the connection size for the installation. The 1 µm filtration grade and 950 l/min flow capacity together determine whether this filter meets the air-quality target.

Questions about this item

How often do I need to rotate the manual condensate drain on this 1 µm fine filter?

Rotate the drain whenever condensate reaches the 38 ml bowl capacity; frequency depends on humidity and the 950 l/min flow rate.

What pressure drop appears first when running this filter continuously at 950 l/min?

The 20 bar maximum operating pressure is the hard limit; sustained flow at 950 l/min must stay below it to avoid bypass.

How much heat does the die-cast aluminum housing add to the compressed air at 950 l/min?

Housing temperature tracks the -10 °C to 60 °C medium range; no active heating occurs, so outlet air stays within ambient limits.
