Immersive 7.1 surround sound
The FIFINE H9 is a wired over-ear headset built for gamers who want spatial audio on multiple platforms. It uses 50mm drivers to deliver detailed soundscapes for first-person shooters and action RPGs. A detachable microphone and inline control box let you manage audio quickly during play.
Dual 3.5 mm and USB connectivity
The USB connection enables plug-and-play 7.1 surround sound on PC, PS4, PS5 and Switch in docked mode. Switching to the 3.5 mm jack extends compatibility to Xbox controllers, mobile devices and other consoles, though surround processing is not available over analogue. The detachable boom mic removes cleanly when only listening is needed.
Wired analogue limits
Surround sound relies on the USB digital signal; the 3.5 mm jack carries stereo only, so positional cues are reduced on Xbox or mobile. Passive noise isolation depends on the closed-back earcups sealing against the head, which varies by fit. No wireless freedom or active noise cancellation is provided.

Questions about this item
Will the ear pads or detachable microphone need replacing after heavy daily use?
The H9 uses soft over-ear cushions and a removable boom mic; both are standard wear items that can be swapped when the foam compresses or the mic boom loosens.
What stops me from using 7.1 surround on Xbox or Switch in handheld mode?
7.1 surround is only active over the USB control box; the 3.5 mm jack provides stereo only, so Xbox controllers and undocked Switch fall back to two-channel audio.
Does the inline control box or USB connection add noticeable heat or power draw during all-day sessions?
The wired USB link draws minimal bus power for the 7.1 DSP and LED lighting, and the control box stays at room temperature even after extended use.
