Dynamic XLR microphone with cardioid pattern, -50 dB sensitivity and 70 dB SNR for podcasting and streaming
The FIFINE K669D is an XLR dynamic microphone built for podcasters, streamers and voice-over artists who need a pure vocal signal. Its cardioid pattern focuses on the source while rejecting off-axis room noise. A 120 dB SPL rating handles loud vocals without distortion. The all-metal body and integrated three-layer shock mount reduce mechanical vibration in untreated rooms.
The microphone requires an XLR cable and an audio interface or mixer with phantom power disabled; it will not work over USB. Built-in 3/8″ and 5/8″ threads attach directly to most boom arms or stands without an adapter. Keep the top of the end-address capsule pointed at the mouth at a distance of 1.5 to 4 inches for the cleanest capture.
Verify that your interface or mixer provides an XLR input with sufficient clean gain for a -50 dB sensitivity microphone. Confirm you have a spare XLR cable, as none is included. Buyers who want plug-and-play USB connectivity or on-mic gain and mute controls should consider a different model.

Verify the signal-to-noise ratio reads around 70 decibels and the sensitivity sits at -50 decibels on your interface meters; with the cardioid pattern aimed at the source from 1.5 to 4 inches, you should hear clean, natural voice without tinny pops or booming.
The box contains the black metal dynamic microphone with built-in 3/8" and 5/8" threads; you must buy an XLR cable, an audio interface or mixer with XLR input, and a mic stand or boom arm separately.
Choose the K669D if you want a pure XLR dynamic mic with 120 dB SPL handling for loud vocals and a fixed cardioid pattern; choose the K688 if you need both XLR and USB connections plus onboard mute, gain, headphone volume and monitoring controls.
