Designed for Fire HD 8

This folio case fits the 2024, 2022 and 2020 releases of the Fire HD 8 and Fire HD 8 Plus tablets. Premium synthetic leather wraps a soft microfiber interior that guards the screen and body from scratches. A secure hook-and-loop flap holds the device firmly inside the cover.

Stand and stylus holder

The cover folds back to create a horizontal viewing stand with dual angles for reading or video playback. A built-in magnetic strip triggers the tablet's auto sleep and wake function when the cover is opened or closed. An integrated loop provides a dedicated spot for a stylus or pen.

Slim profile and weight

At 2.3114 cm thick and 0.159 kilograms, the case adds minimal bulk to the 8-inch tablet. All ports, buttons and cameras remain fully accessible without removing the cover. The lightweight construction keeps the device comfortable to hold during extended reading sessions.

Questions about this item

Will the auto sleep/wake magnetic strip work with my 2020 Fire HD 8?

Yes, the built-in magnetic strip supports auto sleep/wake on 10th Generation 2020 models as well as 12th Generation 2022 and 2024 releases.

How can I verify the stand function is stable after putting the tablet in?

Fold the cover back into the horizontal viewing stand position; the hook-and-loop fastener flap secures the device so it stays upright at two viewing angles.

Does the Navy case ship with a stylus or do I need to buy one separately?

The case includes a smart holder for a stylus, but the stylus itself is not included and must be purchased separately.
